Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dalsinghsarai P. S. Case No.248 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365, 367 Indian Penal Code.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court on merit by order dated 10.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11368 of 2018. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this second anticipatory bail application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law without
