2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 347, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim was in a relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75072 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 7th cum Special Judge POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024.
