The petitioners seek bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 10.08.2019.

Case no. 526 of 2019.
