Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 307, 506 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the accused persons including this petitioner armed with deadly weapons, assaulted the informant and others as a result of which, 7 persons sustained injury. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute a simple occurrence of maar-peet took place between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Madhubani in Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 228 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
