2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Atri P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024 registered under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner along with co-accused having armed with Khanti and sharp garassi and assaulted Batish Yadav and husband of the informant due to which, he sustained head injury and fracture in both the hands. When mother of the informant intervened, she was also assaulted.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his mother but the injuries are simple in nature. It has further been

5. Learned Additional P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
