JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-323, 341, 406, 407, 420, 34, 120-B, 386, 327 of the Indian Penal Code. From the first information report itself, it appears that the petitioner is a land Mafia.

There is allegation against this petitioner that the petitioner with other accused persons sold the wrong land to the complainant and forcefully got possession over the land, which was purchased by the complainant. The petitioner makes demand of Rs. 15 lac as rangdari to give possession of land to the complainant.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent. There are twenty cases pending against the petitioner as mentioned in para-3 of the petitioner.

Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59186 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which will be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
