In deference to the order of this Court dated 05.05.2023, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Darbhanga. The same is taken on record. With reference to the averments made in the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.18182 of 2022(4) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 affidavit, submission has been made on behalf of the State that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and due compensation amounting to Rs.15,00,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner.

The aforenoted fact has not been refuted by the petitioner.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application as her grievance has already been redressed.

Permission is accorded.
