Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 384, 353, 188, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved is purely civil in nature. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.
