Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hazipur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2019, as contained in Annexure-4. Petitioner has no criminal history.
