KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P. S. Case no. 308 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Trafficking Act 1956 and Section 14 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against petitioner is that he runs a Musical Group in the name of Dabang Orchestra and when house of Jagru Sah was searched by police, petitioner, his wife and one Arti Devi were apprehended and Arti Devi in her statement has stated that she was in the Dabang Orchestra and there is no further allegation in the F.I.R. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 26.09.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57247 of 2017(3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P. S. Case no. 308 of 2017.
