2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on 18.03.2024 at about 10:00 A.M., the informant along with his friend was going to the market by motorcycle. Thereafter, six accused persons including the petitioner on three motorcycles surrounded them and looted Rs.40,000/- as well as motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79664 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 the present case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54695 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 57722 of 2024. The petitioner has three criminal antecedent. The petitioner is under custody since 31.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
