JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, on 17.05.2019 this petitioner along with two other co-accused enticed away the minor daughter of informant and till date she did not return. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence has taken place. In fact, the daughter of informant solemnized marriage with one Dharmendra Gupta and she is living with him. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019.
