Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piro PS Case No. 285/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 384/386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is a regular student.

Considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is a regular student as claimed by the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on
