1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 dated 14.01.2024 registered under Section 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the F.I.R. on 08.01.2024 at about 4:00 P.M. the informant was at his house in the meantime the petitionerMohit Raj @ Gautam Kumar came and started abusing him and told him to sell his land and give him money for purchase of a four-wheeler. When the informant refused, then the petitioner with intention to kill the informant hit him with iron rod on his head due to which the informant sustained injuries on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to village politics. The informant is the father of the petitioner. He submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76682 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 that due to property dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case by his own father. He further submits though it is alleged that the petitioner gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant but injury report has not been brought on record by the prosecution. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the fact petitioner assaulted his father on his head, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
