The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. Similar issue was decided by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 19926 of 2019 (Dr. Trisuldhari Pandey Memorial College of Education Vs. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.22342 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2021 2/2 State of Bihar & others) and this Court relying upon the order 02.03.2017 passed in I.A. No. 16 of 2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 276 of 2012 (Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya Vs. State of U.P. & others) allowed the aforesaid writ application.
