JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner was arrested with stolen car and it further appears that he is accused in three other cases.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the vehicle in question was purchased by his brother from one Rakesh Kumar and he has falsely been implicated in this case and in other cases, he is on bail and in present case, he has been in judicial custody since 07.08.2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68475 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 with subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the officer in charge of concerned police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran, Chapra.
