JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 28-11-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47729 of 2018 by which petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.20 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Masaurhi, Patna. Counsel for the petitioners submits that all the three accused had surrendered in compliance of the aforesaid order but bail bond of Petitioner No.1, Shambhunath Singh, could not be accepted by the Court below because one of his bailor was not local. Counsel for the petitioners submits to extend the time for surrender of petitioner no.1, Shambhunath Singh. In view of such, four weeks' further time from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69554 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner No.1, Shambhunath Singh, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner No.1, Shambhunath Singh, on bail in the light of order dated 30.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47729.
