JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Perused the report of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-, Bagaha, West Champaran. It appears that recently nonbailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the witnesses and the last date fixed in the matter was 22.11.2019. Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioner is the husband, at this stage this Court is not willing to extend the privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with S.Tr.No.425 of 2018 arising out of Thakraha P.S. Case No.170 of 2017 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran is refused.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2017 and it seems that the trial has not progressed so far, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65098 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 without granting any adjournment to the either side and conclude the trial within a period of six months from today. This application stands disposed of.
