The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.38 of 2017, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that co-accused Ashok Kumar @ Chini Gop @ Ashok Rai and co-accused Laltu @ Nitesh Kumar having similar allegation to that of the petitioner have already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.50285 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.53471 of 2017 discussing the merit of the case.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58254 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 P2/ on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.38 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
