====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rail Chapra P.S. Case No.77 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the informant had gone to Chapra Railway Station to see-off his sister-in-law. At that time, 4-5 unknown persons snatched the purse of the sister-in-law of the informant and started to flee away but with the help of G.R.P. personnel, two persons, namely, Nagina Devi and Jitendra Manjhi were apprehended with the snatched purse. On query, both disclosed the name of the petitioner as their associate.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57619 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Rail P.S. Case No.77 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
