Informant while was in a way to her house over a tempo, the miscreants who were on another tempo tried to drag her with an ulterior motive whereupon, she raised alarm attracting the police personnel who chased and during course thereof, succeeded in apprehending two miscreants namely Pankaj Baitha and the petitioner Anil Chaudhary @ Anil Yadav while others succeeded in their escape. Case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of Pankaj Baitha who had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.56811/2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Anil Chaudhary @ Anil Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58032 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Dihri Town P.S. Case No.416/2017 in connection with First Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, Rohtas.
