2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 64 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons have assaulted and committed murder of Bhukhiya Devi and one other person near the Ganga river because of their illicit relation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather there is allegation against co-accused twenty persons and no cogent material has

Similarly situated other coaccused person has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80696 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.08.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P.
