The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar (T) P.S. Case No.227 of 2017, a case under Section 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Subsequently, offence under Sections 366/376(D)/120B of the Indian Penal Code was added. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has alleged that the petitioner and others have ravished her after taking her to Delhi.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, I am not
