The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.164 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Some criminals have looted one motorcycle, mobile phone and some cash from the informant. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent. She further submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs.50,000/- to the informant as compensation for his loss. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74456 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing bail bonds the petitioner shall produce a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. If the petitioner produces the demand draft of Rs.50,000/- prepared in the name of the petitioner, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and thereafter hand over the said demand draft to the informant.
