The Petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 433 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing one year of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60644 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 custody in jail.

Subject to the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is dismissed.
