The petitioner seeks regular bail in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 86/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report, it is alleged that some unknown persons have committed murder of the nephew of informant while he was going to join duty in the Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Brajesh Kumar. Thereafter, the police recorded confessional statement of the petitioner after his arrest.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 86/2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 332/2018.
