The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353 and 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the reason assigned in the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42961 of 2017 whereby co-accused Vinod Saw having identical allegation to that of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59429 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 petitioners has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Barh, Patna in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
