JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of theft of mobile phones and other articles.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that save and except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as such, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64521 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
