2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103(1), 61(2), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The deceased is alleged to have been killed by her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70912 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 family members because she was involved in an intercaste relationship. The petitioner is not directly related to the family of the deceased. From the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner had participated in the disposal of the dead body of the deceased.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025.
