ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present case has been filed for proper investigation of the first information report in respect of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020, dated 06.07.2020, registered under Sections 304(B), 302, 120(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report.

In this view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner that he shall represent to the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 4) in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.60 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.

With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
