JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-05-2025 Heard learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned Advocate for the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner happens to be husband of the opposite party no. 2 is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 108 of 2021, wherein cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the matrimonial discord and the family feud leading to institution of this case; with the consent of the parties the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Centre for resolving the dispute.

No.79631 of 2024(4) dt.19-05-2025 2/2 It has been apprised to this Court that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of the settlement mutually agreed upon by them is reduced into writing and both the parties have put their respective signatures thereon.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest of surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 108 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner, with an expectation that both the parties shall abide by the terms and condition. Any intentional defiance on the part of the petitioner, would lead to cancellation of his bail.
