Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 685/2016 for the offence under sections 147, 341, 342, 332, 353, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioners have not committed any offence or caused any nuisance and they have not created any hindrance in discharging public duty and doctor or the staff.

Considering the statement made in para-3 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75058 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 grant bail, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 685/2016 on the condition that if the names of the petitioner surface in such activities in future, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner including the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
