Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Navinagar P.S.Case No.7 of 2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the informant and there is allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused of demand of Rs.01 lac and for that assaulted her and ousted her from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is residing separately from the husband of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73508 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Navinagar P.S.Cas No.7 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
