Petitioner seeks bail in Chausa P.S.Case No.32 of 2016 corresponding to G.R.Case No.119/16 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown and there is no other material except confessional statement of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from his possession nor he was put on T.I.P. and he is in custody since 30.6.2017. He further submits that similarly situated another co-accused, Sanjay Singh, was earlier admitted to bail by this Court.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62590 of 2017 (3) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 case, let the petitioner, Santlal Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in Chausa P.S.Case No.32 of 2016/G.R.Case No.119 of 2016 subject to the condition that one of the bailers must be close family member and he shall be present on each and every date fixed in the trial,failing which on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
