JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 The present application has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the behest of the learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.12.2018. It is submitted by learned counsel or the petitioner that in the second last line of 1st paragraph of second page of the order it has wrongly been recorded as 'Assistant Engineer' in place of 'Executive Engineer' and in the last line of second paragraph of the same page, it has wrongly been recorded that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, though in paragraphs no. 3 of the supplementary affidavit, it has been stated that the petitioner is involved in one other case being Jai Nagar P.S. Case no. 47 of 2013. It is further submitted that in the last paragraph of the order, the name of the district has wrongly been typed as 'Bhagalpur' instead of 'Gopalganj', since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73696 of 2018(3) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 it was wrongly mentioned in the petition.
Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction with respect of district in the petition.
Accordingly, the order dated 21.12.2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
