2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhowrah P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals committed dacoity in the electricity office and looted money on the point of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71156 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 investigation. He is accused in 13 more similar and serious cases.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in dacoity and is involved in 13 more serious and similar cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
