The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48987 of 2019 vide order dated 06.08.2019 and in Cr. Misc. No. 40094 of 2019 vide order dated 03.07.2019. The petitioner have no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019.
