1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the case has been compromised in between the parties, as such, no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner to jail on which the learned A.P.P. submits that the case is of the year 2018.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender and seek bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Motihari Mufassil P.S. Case No. 703 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70695 of 2025(2) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran/Successor Court.

6. It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail in that event the learned trial court shall not get prejudiced by the fact that petitioner before this Court had withdrawn his anticipatory bail application.
