The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.364 of 2017, arising out of Trial No.1697 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that petitioners took money for registering a piece of land but petitioners did not execute the sale deed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to execute the sale deed after receiving the entire consideration money but the complainant did not hand

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No.364 of 2017, arising out of Trial No.1697 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
