The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 197 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 07.04.2019, informant Pappu Kumar was at Mahmood Chowk, in the meantime, Madhu Singh and Pallavi Singh started to abuse, while he made protest and returned to his house. After short interval, petitioner along with 8-10 unknown persons came there and abused him. At that time, petitioner gave knife blow causing injury to him. Thereafter, neighbours came and saved him and he was rushed for treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.68222 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 fact, on the date and time of occurrence, one Satendra Rai, family member of the informant tried to outrage modesty of coaccused Pallavi Singh, sister of the petitioner in presence of his mother co-accused Madhu Singh on which protest was made and Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 was instituted against Satendr Rai. Due to that reason, only to save the skin, the present case has been lodged against the petitioner his sister Pallavi Singh and mother Madhu Singh. Moreover, only one incised wound 1⁄2"X1/4" deep to trisson simple in nature found on abdomen of informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
