2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025 instituted under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 308(5), 308(4), 109, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioners are accused of demand of rangdari and they have assaulted the informant. They are accused in four more cases.

4. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73135 of 2025(3) dt.21-01-2026 2/2 to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari will take all steps for arrest of the petitioners.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
