The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. As a matter of fact this is a case of suicide. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
