Petitioners apprehend arrest in Gopalganj PS Case No. 362 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioners that the offences are predominantly civil in nature. The allegation pertains to selling of land by the petitioners, which the informant alleges to be belonging to him. He submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and the informant's remedy lies in a civil proceeding. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the

In the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in Gopalganj PS Case No. 362 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
