The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.1288 of 2018 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by Mahal Chaukidar and the Mahua wine was recovered from the bush situated on the bank of the canal near village Ishadhi and the petitioner has no concern with either wine or the place from where the wine was recovered.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75943 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned 4th Additional Session Judge Cum Special Judge, Excise Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
