Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order dated 22.12.2017

Patna High Court CWJC No.18159 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18897 of 2017.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of decision in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 and in case the respondents arrive at a conclusion that the case of the petitioners is similar of C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015, the respondents are under obligation to ensure similar relief to these petitioners also within a maximum period of sixty days from today.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
