The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.375 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Altercation between informant and the petitioners took place in connection with collecting water from government hand-pump. Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75551 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
