Petitioner is an accused in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
