JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by farsa on the head of husband of the informant causing injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is dispute between the parties, they are agnate and as such the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will will considered on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78653 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 the basis of materials available on record and nature of injury also and the court below shall dispose of the matter, if possible on the same day.
