2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 registered on 26.03.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the petitioners alleged to have attacked the informant when she was waiting for her husband and also tried to outrage her modesty. On protest being made, the petitioners attacked the informant and her husband with a knife but by the said knife, the petitioner no.1 himself got

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He further submits that both the informant and the petitioners are the residents of the same village and it is the informant's side who had attacked the petitioners due to which petitioner no.1 received a knife injury for which Govindganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024 has been lodged in which the specific story of attack by knife on his stomach is there. It is further submitted that with a view to save the skin the informant in connivance with her husband has lodged this case before the concerned police station as Govindganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024. The antecedent of the petitioners are clean.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case
