JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No. 152 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that there was some demand of dowry and the accused person, on that account, set on fire the body of informant's daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is elder brother of the deceased's husband and he was separated with the deceased's husband and father-in-law namely Raghu Sah has been admitted on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45733 of 2017 and the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017.

No.62428 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sita Ram Sah @ Sita Ram Sahu is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Vikash Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class /Incharge Successor Court, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017.
